It requires a complete review of the Company’s strategy/ objectives and aligning the HR function strategically with these Goals to achieve results which means a high level focus on various People strategies to achieve the desired results. An understanding of the overall Vision and mission of the company to help determine the best Fit HR Plan for the Company. Based on this understanding a plan will be submitted to ensure that the HR Plans and functions are overall aligned with the Vision and Mission.
