Requirement & Criteria

• Must have a strong drive & ‘Can Do attitude’ towards the accomplishment of assigned tasks and to ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or an equivalent international qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Working knowledge of financial products, regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
• Experience with substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts and disclosures.
• To ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate financial alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
• Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent software skills.

We are a well-established retail Paint company, seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

Summary
To assist in the orderly functioning of the warehouse, re-canning and packaging of goods,
stocking retail shelves, inspecting goods received to ensure accurate quantities and acceptable
quality. To pick and pack orders to be dispatched to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
 To assist warehouse manager in receiving goods and packing warehouse shelves
 To assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the store and warehouse
 To assist in the re-canning/rebottling and labelling of goods
 To stock retail shelves and to keep merchandise orderly and neat in appearance.
 Dispatching and loading goods out of the warehouse for delivery to customers and branches.
 To take inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored.
 To assist customers in locating merchandise and to answer a variety of questions concerning general merchandise and to demonstrate the use of merchandise upon request.
 To check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock and to inform the relevant designated staff member of needs for replenishment.
 To assist in checking inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to supervisor.
 To receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

Qualification / Requirements
 Minimum 5 CXC Grade III, inclusive of Mathematics and English
 Computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
 Good internal and external customer service skills
 Great organizational skills
 Great interpersonal skills
 Can do Attitude
 Must have a driver’s license

 Reconciling sales and deposits.

Qualifications/Requirements
 Minimum – A levels or associate degree/diploma from Sir Arthur Lewis
 Minimum – Grade 2 in CXC Math and English
 Good knowledge of Excel and Word
 Good written and oral communication
 Driver’s License
 Organization and time management
 Willing and able to learn technical aspects of the products we sell
 Prior sales experience will be an asset.
